The Final Event (the Miss Gbi Grand Finale) will be preceded by two auditions, one at the Gbi Traditional Area - Hohoe and the other at the Peki Traditional Area to select finalists who will be camped for two weeks.

Within the camping period, contestants will be groomed to

1. Master the art of Public Speaking
2. Practice teamwork regardless of cultural and educational backgrounds
3. Improve on essential interaction skills and basic etiquette

In addition to the above, the camping period provides the Contestants as well as the Production Team the opportunity to learn about Gbidukor, the issues confronting it and the Nation and the roles the youth can play to ensure that we move Gbidukor and Ghana forward in the right direction.

Each contestant as part of the pageant may be required to present a paper on a given developmental subject as part of the grooming process. This is important as every Contestant is expected, by virtue of participation, to act as an Ambassador for Gbidukor anywhere they find themselves for the rest of their lives.
